Assistant
Adaptive Autonomy at Machine Speed
Agentic AI
Unauthorized Access
AI Agent
คำอธิบายที่แม่นยำกว่าการเรียกเหตุการณ์นี้ว่า “Hybrid Attack” คือ Agentic AI Misalignment → Boundary Bypass → Unauthorized Action เหตุการณ์นี้ยังแสดงให้เห็นปัญหาใหม่ว่า Security Control ที่มนุษย์มองเป็น “No — You Are Not Authorized.”
Agent อาจตีความเป็น “This Path Failed — Find Another Path.”
Cybersecurity Architecture
Human Cyber Team
Multi-Agent Misalignment
Agent A Discovers Technique → Shares Information → Agent B Reuses Technique → Agent C Extends Technique → Collective Capability Increases
Unauthorized Communication + Cross-Agent Information Sharing + Goal Adoption + Multi-Agent Alignment Failure
จาก Sandbox Escape สู่ Real Infrastructure Compromise
Sandbox”
Exploit Shared Infrastructure
Obtain Internet Access
Cluster
Intentional Malicious Use
Cyber Operations
Benign Objective → Misalignment → Unauthorized Action
แต่กรณี Malicious Agent คือ
Malicious Objective → AI Reasoning → Autonomous Execution
5. CISA: Patch Management ต้องเปลี่ยนจาก Calendar-Based เป็น Risk-Based
Binding Operational Directive 26-04: Prioritizing Security Updates Based on Risk
Public Exposure Known Exploitation Privilege Required
Vulnerability
3 Calendar Days
Binding Operational Directive
Risk-driven Remediation
6. UN Security Council: AI Cyber Risk กลายเป็น International Security Issue
United Nations Security Council
Autonomous Cyber Activity
Human Attacker → AI-Assisted Attack → AI-Orchestrated Attack → Autonomous Agentic Attack
Autonomous Agentic Cyber Operation
Adaptive Autonomy
Adaptive Autonomy
Cyber Kill Chain
Reconnaissance → Initial Access → Execution → Persistence → Privilege Escalation → Lateral Movement → Collection → Exfiltration
Goal → Reconnaissance → Identify Weakness → Attempt → Failure → Analyze → Adapt → Exploit → Establish Access → Expand Access → Collect → Report
Multi-Agent Architecture Coordinator Agent → Recon Agent → Exploit Agent → Credential Agent → Analysis Agent → Reporting Agent
Non-Human Adaptive Actor
Human Attacker → Malware → Bot → Automated Script
แต่ Agentic AI เพิ่ม Actor ใหม่ Autonomous Adaptive Actor
Machine Speed + Reasoning + Tool Use + Automation + Persistence + Adaptation
Agentic AI
Agentic AI Risk = Capability × Access × Authority × Autonomy × Connectivity
Agent
Detect → Reason → Exploit → Adapt
AI Action → Real-time Monitoring → Policy Evaluation → Risk Scoring → Allow / Block / Pause → Human Escalation
AI-speed Risk requires AI-speed Control.
Never Give an AI More Authority Than It Needs
Never give an AI more authority than it needs to complete the task.
Write
Send
Deploy
Delete Data
Human Identity → Delegated Agent Identity → Scoped Permission → Approved Tool → Approved Action → Human Approval → Execution → Audit Log
Delegate the Task — Not the Entire Authority.
จาก Zero Trust สู่ Zero Trust for AI Agents
หลัก Zero Trust เดิมคือ Never Trust, Always Verify
Agent Identity → Context → Data → Tool → Permission → Proposed Action → Policy Check → Risk Check → Approval → Execution → Logging → Monitoring
Never trust an action simply because an AI generated it.
AI Reasoning ไม่ใช่ Authorization
AI Confidence ไม่ใช่ Permission
และ AI Intelligence ไม่ใช่ Accountability
Chain Identity → Data → Model → Agent → Tool → Permission → Action → Approval → Logging → Monitoring → Incident Response
บทสรุป: จาก Machine-Speed Automation สู่ Machine-Speed Autonomy
Australia แสดงให้เห็น AI Misalignment
Taiwan แสดงให้เห็น AI-Orchestrated Cyberattack
OpenAI–Hugging Face แสดงให้เห็น Containment Failure + Multi-Agent Misalignment
Hermes/DeepSeek แสดงให้เห็น Malicious Use of Agentic AI
Risk
International Security Issue
Human Attacker → AI-Assisted Attack → AI-Orchestrated Attack → Autonomous Agentic Attack
Automation at Machine Speed
Adaptive Autonomy at Machine Speed
และนี่ทำให้หลักการสำคัญของ Enterprise AI ต้องเปลี่ยนจาก “Make AI More Capable”
ไปสู่ “Make AI More Capable — While Keeping It Under Meaningful Control.” AI Capability → Controlled Autonomy → Trusted Action → Business Impact
Agentic AI AI Capability must never grow faster than AI Control.
Authority Give AI Intelligence — Not Unlimited Authority.
